Dr. Joel Adkins

Dr. Joel Adkins has been a licensed Chiropractor since 2001.

Dr. Adkins, a lifelong Alaskan, graduated from Oregon State University in 1996 with a degree in exercise science and human performance with focus on sports medicine. He received his doctorate in chiropractic in 2001 from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA and started practicing in February 2002. He is a board member of the American Chiropractic Society and a member of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Adkins is a graduate of whiplash and brain traumatology from San Diego Spine Research Institute and also a certified ART Instructor and provider. He has been the team chiropractor for the Service High School girls soccer team for the past eight years. As a Chiropractor with experience, he is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients. He lives in south Anchorage and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their two children.

Dr. Adkins uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, Dr. Adkins is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
